# Multi-Card Structure and dividend

**Multi-Card Structure Supporting Family and Team Use**

Each AP account includes one virtual and one physical card by default. Users can apply for up to 10 cards (5 virtual + 5 physical):

* All cards share the same balance pool, making them ideal for family or team use
* Card names can be customized for easier management and tracking
* From the third card onward, additional fees apply and no extra dividend rights are granted

This structure greatly enhances U-Card’s flexibility and scalability in multi-user or multi-device environments.

Though fundamentally a prepaid card, AP U-Card is compatible with most credit card scenarios:

* Accepted for hotel bookings, car rentals, gas stations, and other pre-authorization transactions
* Usable for online ticket purchases and hotel reservations
* No overdraft function, reducing debt risk and encouraging responsible spending

This makes it an ideal tool for students abroad, remote workers, and international travelers. Family members can recharge remotely, while spending records remain clear and transparent.
